PTS – Polish National DAF Lorries Service Network DAF

In order to meet our customers’ expectations we have created the PTS – Polish National DAF Lorries Service Network DAF, operating on the same principles as ITS.

Our tele-centre operators are ready to answer the call 24 hours a day, at the phone number +22 5419 541. Operators provide for the arrival of a service car as well as take full care for all the formalities concerning the financial aspect of any repair. We do our best to bring the vehicle back on the road as soon as possible.

Thanks to DAF MultiSupport Care services, DAF Warranty Plus packages and streamlined organisation we are able to offer an extensive range of services, both standard and supplementary. Our customers may choose one from six different DAF MultiSupport service packages:

  All necessary repairs of the vehicle driveline system at constant rates paid in advance. High-quality repairs made within specified periods.
• DAF MultiSupport Warranty Plus – Vehicle
  All necessary repairs of the vehicle at constant rates paid in advance. High-quality repairs made within specified periods.
• DAF MultiSupport Xtra Care
  Comprehensive preventive service, necessary repairs of the vehicle driveline system and assistance in case of breakdown. For a period of up to 8 years we guarantee the reliability of service work performed on a timely basis, high quality of repairs done and the maximum vehicle operability.
• DAF MultiSupport Flex Care
  Comprehensive preventive service and necessary repairs of the entire vehicle, including the exchange of worn elements. DAF MultiSupport Flex Care service ensures the possibility to maintain the vehicle in perfect technical condition. Flexible solution in the area of repairs and maintenance work, covering most aspects related to servicing of a lorry.
• DAF MultiSupport Full Care
  Comprehensive preventive service and necessary repairs of the entire vehicle, including the exchange of worn elements, assistance in case of breakdown, obligatory technical inspections as well as some optional products.
